In our search for self discovery, transformation, and spiritual ascension, we are often blind to the perfect experience that we are having at this moment. The raw and real one. The human one. 

I have realized that without choosing the human that you are, the divine can’t show itself. Even though it has always been present. We keep thinking we can do better, be better, that we are flawed and in desperate need of repair. The part of you that lives in the incessant need to change is the part that needs your hug. When we make peace with who and what we are, we start to realize that we are both human and divine. Grace flows into our experience and our lives start to be a reflection of the love that we are. We see that there is nothing to look for, that life is simply an experience that can fully be lived. 

My hope is that through this book you will feel that you are not alone in what you are going through, and that you get to experience the ever present beauty within you, as you are right now.
